The coupling for square profiles is the standard coupling for a wide range of rolling load carriers, such as roll cages, assembly, order picking and shelf trolleys as well as other rolling trailers. The trolleys merely require a square profile on the lower edge to accommodate the coupling. The coupling is designed for profile edges with a depth of 5 to 60 mm. The mechanical adjustment of the profile width is made in 5 mm increments. The front coupling edge is 100 mm wide and 20 mm high. The coupling for square profiles is mounted at the rear on the coupling arm. The height of the coupling arm is infinitely adjustable from 85 to 235 mm. For better tracking, the trolleys must be equipped with 2 steering castors on the coupling side and 2 rigid fixed castors at the rear. This ensures reliable straight-ahead travel during transport while also enabling a good level of manoeuvrability.
