How much are the shipping costs?
The prices stated in our online shop and catalogue are exclusive of shipping costs and the statutory value added tax applicable at the time of invoicing. The shipping costs are £4.90 net within the UK. From a goods value of £50 (plus VAT), delivery within the UK is free of charge.
How long are the delivery times?
We deliver as quickly as possible – you can find the exact delivery time on the individual product pages.
For products that are delivered by parcel service, the delivery conditions of the respective parcel service apply. For products that are delivered by freight carrier, the delivery condition free loading sill applies. In the third step of the ordering process, you can enter a delivery address that differs from your address and manage your address book.
How does the return process work?

I would like to view the status of my order.
In your ‘My Account’ area under ‘My Orders’, you can see the status of your order for each order you have placed. The statuses ‘Open’, ‘In Progress’, ‘Completed’ and ‘Cancelled’ are available. This means that you can always see the progress of your order.
I need help with assembly/repair.
Even though you can conveniently order online, you are never far from our customer service. We take care of what we deliver! One of our more than 1000 service technicians throughout Germany will be happy to visit you for individual on-site support. If you wish, our customer service technicians will ensure that our products are installed in accordance with legal requirements.

There is a problem with my order.
If you are not satisfied with your goods after all, please send us a service request. In the "My account" area, under "My orders", you can open the contact form for the affected order via the link "Service request for order" and describe your circumstances in relation to the order. We will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
