If you occasionally need to move, lift and lower loads of up to 1500 kg in your business, our powerful hydraulic pallet stackers are a worthwhile alternative to electric pallet stackers. In contrast, manual pallet stackers are moved manually by pulling and pushing with the tiller or using the large tubular push handles mounted at handle height. Lifting and lowering is carried out by a hydraulic pump using the drawbar or foot pedal. Hand-operated hydraulic stackers are particularly robust, durable and low maintenance.

In contrast to other manual pallet stackers, such as hand winch forklifts, hydraulic stacker trucks offer a significantly greater lifting height of up to 3000 mm (depending on the model). This means that hydraulic stackers can be used for a wide range of applications and loads can also be stored and retrieved at higher rack levels without any problems. As the trucks are operated without batteries, they are also ready for immediate use at any time.

• Low tare weight: Hydraulic stackers have a lower tare weight compared to electric stackers, meaning they can also be used in weight-sensitive areas such as on mezzanine floors.
• Versatile in use: In contrast to electric forklifts, manual forklift stackers can also be used in damp outdoor areas or cold stores and greenhouses, provided the floors are level. With the right attachment, you can also use the trucks as mobile worktables. Depending on the lifting height, the stackers are also suitable for loading and unloading trucks at ground level.
• Compact: Thanks to their low overall height, most manual hydraulic stackers fit through almost any doorway and therefore allow for varied use, such as in warehouses or in shipping.
• Lower acquisition costs: Compared to electric forklifts, manual hydraulic stackers are priced significantly lower. What's more, they don’t require electricity to operate and are low maintenance overall, which means minimal operating costs.

1. Mast

The frame, centre supports, and forks of our hydraulic stacker lifts are made of torsion-resistant sectional steel. This makes the devices particularly robust, so that loads can be lifted to a height of 3000 mm. The maximum lifting height depends on the mast. 2. Special wide-track version

Our manual pallet stackers with a wider wheel arm spacing of 1250 mm are the right choice if you want your hand-operated hydraulic stacker to be suitable for different pallet pick-ups: The devices not only allow you to pick up Euro pallets or mesh boxes lengthwise or crosswise but are also suitable for picking up pallets in wider special sizes. The hydraulic forklifts in wide-track design with single mast reach a lifting height of 1600 mm and transport loads of up to 1000 kg horizontally and vertically.

3. Drive and fork roller tyres

Our hydraulic forklifts come standard with two swivel castors and either single fork or tandem fork rollers. The castor tyres run smoothly and are designed for use on level and firm surfaces.
