Finding the right pallet truck with scales
In terms of operation, hand pallet trucks with scales are basically no different from other pallet trucks in our range. Nevertheless, they offer a decisive advantage: the load carriers picked up on the fork can be weighed directly on the industrial truck. This turns the pallet truck into a mobile weighing device and eliminates the time-consuming intermediate journey to a permanently installed floor scale. These robust pallet trucks with weighing scales are ideal transport aids for a variety of applications: for picking up goods and merchandise, for controlling measurements in the warehouse or for checking shipping weights in logistics. Simple control weighing up to precise weight determinations are possible depending on the equipment – with optional data connection to stationary end devices via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Depending on the desired purpose and intensity of use, you can buy pallet jacks with scales from our online shop as economical entry-level models, reliable mid-range models or as premium pallet trucks with extensive weighing functions. Regardless of the equipment, measuring accuracy and range of functions, all available pallet trucks with weighing features offer smooth steering, a robust, powder-coated surface and resistant load and steering wheels. Regardless of the model, the scales always have a zero point correction (manual or automatic) as well as a tare function with which the net weight can be measured. When the scales are not in use, they automatically switch to standby mode. Depending on the model, power is supplied either by batteries or a rechargeable battery module integrated into the metal housing.
1. Models
Our hand pallet trucks with scales require manual operation. They offer a lifting range of approx. 200mm and a lifting capacity of approx. 2200kg, which enables the efficient transport and lifting of large, heavy loads. Fitted with a quick-lift function, some models enable you to lift loads up to 120kg in just two pump strokes. They feature rubber-coated handles for better ease of use, as well as single and tandem wheels for smooth rolling over thresholds and uneven floors. The integrated weighing scales display increments from 0.2kg and upwards for accurate weighing.
2. Performance

Good to know: The weighing terminals are designed for the environmental conditions in trade and industry. Therefore, the terminal housings are protected against dust and moisture in accordance with protection class IP 65.
