Item description
Hand pallet truck BASIC with weighing scale, capacity 2,000 kg, 5 kg increments
The pallet truck BASIC with weighing scale with 5 kg display increments is an ideal tool for straightforward weight measurement. With its capacity of 2000 kg, robust construction and user-friendly scales, it is the perfect aid for incoming goods inspection.
- 5 kg display increments up to 500 kg, 20 kg display increments over 500 kg
- Measuring tolerance 500 kg ± 15 kg, 500 – 1000 kg ± 20 kg, 1000 – 1500 kg ± 30 kg, 1500 – 2000 kg ± 40 kg
- Tare function and manual zero correction
- Electronics and display protected against dust and moisture (IP 65 protection)
- 2 x 1.5 V AA batteries
The weighing scale pallet truck BASIC is a robust entry-level model for simple controlled weighing
This hand pallet truck with scales is ideal for applications where the weight measurement is required but does not have to have optimal accuracy. The pallet truck with weighing scale is ideal for incoming goods control, determining shipping weights and avoiding truck overloads.
The result is displayed in 5 kg increments up to 500 kg, while 20 kg steps are used for weights in excess of 500 kg. Measuring tolerances: 50 – 500 kg ± 15 kg, 500 – 1000 kg ± 20 kg, 1000 – 1500 kg ± 30 kg, 1500 – 2000 kg ± 40 kg. Operation of the scales could not be simpler. As soon as you have inserted the batteries (2 x 1.5 V / AA), the scales are ready to perform approx. 3000 weighing operations. To minimise energy consumption, the scales switch off automatically when not used for approx. 2 minutes. The glare-free LCD display for the scales, which features a digit height of 18 mm, is located on the front of the pallet truck and can be easily read from all sides. The display and electronics of the scales are protected against dust and moisture (IP 65 protection).
The welded, sectional steel frame is torsion-free and very hard-wearing. As a result, the pallet truck retains its shape even under heavy loads of 2000 kg. Entry rollers ensure easy pallet insertion. The steering castors are solid rubber, while the fork rollers are made from polyurethane – an effective combination that delivers excellent grip with minimal noise. You can choose between single or tandem fork rollers. Tandem rollers offer smoother running and are better at handling uneven floors.
