The construction of the INOX stainless steel pallet truck with 2500 kg capacity features a high proportion of stainless steel. Truck parts that do not come into direct contact with foodstuffs, are either electrogalvanised or hot-dip galvanised. The use of these corrosion-resistant materials makes the pallet truck ideal for use in wet environments or in the food industry.
The glass-bead-blasted stainless steel surfaces are extremely smooth and thus very easy to clean. Watertight bearings allow high-pressure cleaning of the bearing units from all sides, without the risk of water entering the housing. The INOX stainless steel pallet truck is equipped with a reliable, closed hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump is double-sealed for maximum reliability. Only food-grade lubricants of class H1 are used.
The pallet truck is operated via the ergonomic tiller handle. Thanks to the 210° steering angle, the pallet truck can be manoeuvred quickly and easily in even the tightest of spaces. An automatic release valve ensures that the forks are not raised when the tiller is only moved slowly. The lift function only takes effect in the case of faster pump movements.
The rounded forks are equipped with tandem fork rollers, which effectively compensate for minor floor unevenness. Additional entry rollers ensure smooth running over thresholds. The nylon tyres are characterised by their high chemical stability and low rolling resistance. They are also hard-wearing and non-marking.
