The professional version of the Jungheinrich AM I20p stainless steel pallet truck with long forks is designed for use in the food, chemical or pharmaceutical industry. It is fully corrosion and acid-resistant and meets the most stringent hygiene requirements.

Jungheinrich AM I20p hand pallet truck – the premium model for exacting demands

The professional version of our Jungheinrich AM I20p stainless steel pallet truck with long forks is ideal for transporting overlong load carriers.
The long fork pallet truck offers a capacity of 2,000 kg. The capacity remains the same across the entire fork length, provided that the load is evenly distributed around load centre. Despite the long forks, the stainless steel pallet truck is extremely agile and easy to manoeuvre thanks to the 220° steering radius.
The professional stainless steel pallet truck is fully corrosion and acid-resistant and was designed specifically for harsh working environments. In addition, the hand pallet truck meets the most stringent hygiene requirements. This makes the AM I20p ideal for use in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. The pallet truck hydraulics are specially protected to prevent ingress of foreign bodies and water. Closed fork tips ensure that the fork rollers do not spray any water or dirt onto the transported load. Cavities are either freely accessible or fully sealed to enable effective cleaning. Only food-grade lubricants of class H1/H2 are used.
You operate the robust and reliable hand pallet truck using a functional control element that is equally well suited to both left and right-handed users. The very short headlength ensures maximum manoeuvrability. Pallets are picked up with ease thanks to the entry rollers and additional sliding brackets on the fork tips. We offer the AM I20p premium stainless steel pallet truck in a number of different configurations. Depending on your specific application, you can opt for steering castors and fork rollers in either nylon or polyurethane. Polyurethane tyres ensure maximum comfort and quiet operation, while nylon tyres are characterised by their robustness and high chemical resistance. You also have a choice between single or tandem fork rollers.
