The initial lift serves as a second lift mechanism, allowing the support arms to be raised independently of the fork arms. This allows you to pick up 2 Euro pallets at the same time with the mast lift and the support arm lift, without damaging pressure-sensitive goods on the lower pallet. This increases your productivity when transporting stacked pallets, shortens the transport time from A to B and saves time when loading and unloading HGVs.

The support arms can carry loads of up to 1,600 kg, thereby ensuring efficient internal transport of even heavy loads over short distances. In double-deck operation, both pallets must not exceed the total load of 1,600 kg, while the upper pallet must not be raised over 1,800 mm with the mast lift.
The additional support arm lift delivers greater ground clearance and therefore ensures even greater flexibility in use. The EJC 112zi easily negotiates uneven floors, ramps, thresholds or loading bridges. The initial lift also enables transverse pick-up of Euro pallets, the correct position of which can be checked via the convenient fork marking.

You activate the high-lift stacker truck using a PIN code and control all travel, lifting and lowering functions via the ergonomic multifunction tiller head, which can be operated with either hand. The proportional hydraulics allow you to deposit sensitive loads on the rack or ground with maximum care.

When activated, the truck always starts with the last travel programme to be used. It is characterised by low energy consumption and, in comparison to lead-acid batteries, is maintenance-free and offers a three times longer service life. Simple rapid and intermediate charging of the battery is possible without memory effect, thereby ensuring maximum availability and flexibility of your lithium-ion truck at all times. Thanks to the powerful on-board charger, the battery can be easily recharged via any 230-V socket. With a battery heater installed as standard, the operating temperature of the high-lift truck is between -10°C and +40°C. A specially developed battery management system ensures safe operation and switches the truck off automatically when not in use. The clever energy recovery during braking saves energy and thus contributes to high energy efficiency.

The low overall height and excellent visibility through the mast ensure safe working, as the forks, load and surrounding areas are always in view. This speeds up the storage and retrieval process. The four-wheel chassis ensures that the truck is always secure and stable. The Plexiglas panel in front of the mast prevents accidental reaching through.
